Initial receipt inspection, photographic logging, non-destructive solvent decontamination, and visual inspection for cavitation pitting, cracking, and fretting.
3D Laser Metrology & CMM Checks
Laser scanning and dial indicator run-out checks on shafts, bearing fits, wear ring clearances, and casing volutes mapped against API 610 tolerances.
Own Foundry Reverse Engineering
Rapid 3D pattern creation, alloy solidification analysis, and in-house pouring of replacement impellers, shafts, wear rings, or casing sections in Duplex, SS316, or Bronze.
Dynamic Balancing (Up to 3,000 kg)
Finish-machined impellers and multi-stage shaft assemblies balanced dynamically on rigid-bearing rigs as per ISO 21940 with certified reports.
Clean-Room Assembly & Seal Setup
Reassembly under controlled cleanliness, installation of ANGA cartridge mechanical seals, setting of axial float, and alignment of precision bearings.
